Joy in Enough hosts a monthly online talk, and in November we heard from Angus Hanton of the Intergenerational Foundation, asking the provocative question: Have we robbed our children?
Angus Hanton, 62, studied philosophy and economics before going into business and then co-founding the Intergenerational Foundation, a think tank. This is about fairness towards younger and future generations – studying whether older generations have taken more than our share of housing, pension wealth and leaving a ruined planet for our grandchildren and those yet to be born.
Please put Wednesday 14th of December in your diaries for our next Joy in Enough talk, when Anna Rowlands will discuss Catholic social teaching and a ‘politics of communion’. 7pm at this Zoom link.
